Understand Where Your Time And Money Go
To succeed online, you need to understand where your time and money go first. It’s crucial to know the time you’re dedicating to what and if that’s costing your money, too. Let’s say you want to set up a side hustle online, but you “overestimate” how much time you have to work on it and “underestimate” how much you could invest. You’ll end up frustrated.
If you want to start a new project or small business or develop new habits, you need to allocate some time to it. However, we tend to either “overestimate” or “underestimate” time, budget, and abilities. So, how can we be aware and set ourselves up for success?
Track Your Time and Money During a Month

Use it for a week and start seeing where your time and money go. You’ll easily spot days you might have more free time and allocate it to your project. You’ll also know what activities drain you and what could be chopped off from your schedule (and purse!)
Why is This Important?
If you end up dreaming about how to jump that 9 to 5 that you hate, want to study something new, or want to earn money online, you need to allocate time to take action. If you take action without knowing your “time budget” and “real money budget,” you might set yourself up for failure.
Setting yourself up for success starts by understanding your life. Where does your precious time go?
