Funko Friday: How do you display your Funko? Show Us!
Today’s Funko Friday wants us to show up how we display our Funkos. Well, since I’ve moved, I’m re-arranging all my Funko Pops little by little, so not all my desired displays are available at the moment. So far, I’ve found a nice place for some of my Pops, but I still need to think what I’m going to do with the rest and how I’m going to display them. But one thing is for certain: most of them are going to end up on my working desk, or around it. Why? Because I like to work and take looks at my Pops, so I work happily. I discovered that these little guys are a great way to make my stress disappear. I just need to take a look at their faces, huge eyes, and some of their blobbly heads to do the trick. Besides, I just wrote the best excuse ever to continue my ever-growing Funko Pop collection. [Uh, oh! Evil me!]
Most of my Pops are Marvel or Disney ones. So, don’t be surprised to find Marvel Pops virtually everywhere!
I also got my Vulcan in creating some shelves for them to stand on my working desk. I tend to group my Pops with topics: like norsemen and Gods, Supernatural, Marvel, solo Pops, OUAT, Star Trek, Star Wars, Harry Potter… I even have weird ships going on the desk. The funny thing about arranging them in this way is that I can re-arrange them and change their spots according to my mood. So, if I happen to have a very naughty week, I will start arranging them according to ships. And this means that there will be some crossovers.
I need more of these portable mini shelves so that I can put more Pops on them. [Today there’s too much light and the pictures are a little bit weird, sorry. We usually have tons of rain! Guess who is going for a walk in like ten minutes and work from a coffee shop?]
I also like to have some Pops in front of some books. For some reason I find those Pops happier there than on the desk.
